Elite Home Care, Day Centers & Transportation is proud to expand our reach into Horry County. In late-January, we announced the acquisition of both the Loris and Conway Adult Day Care centers. As an award-winning home care center in the upstate, we’re excited to show Conway the benefits of working with our team.

While the former Conway Adult Day Center was known as a medical day program, Elite Home Care is taking the extra steps to renovate and re-brand the building as both an in-home care and day center facility. Read on to see what we plan to offer!

Adult Day Center Care & In-Home Care

Like the rest of our independent adult care centers, Elite Home Care will expand our list of senior services into Conway. All our current locations offer day center care, which is no exception in Conway. By enrolling your loved one into day center care, you can guarantee group activities, a hot meal, on-site physician visits and much more! We’re also going to enhance the building so we can provide two separate spaces for both elderly adults and young adults with cognitive disabilities or special needs.

If you’re looking for a more personal experience, we also offer in-home care and respite care. Our in-home care services will be broken into two segments: personal care and companion care. Personal care is more hands-on and likely requires a couple visits per week to help your loved one with hygiene care, cleaning, or medication reminders. Companion care is flexible as we offer assistance getting to and from activities, appointments and is more transportation based.

Transportation

One of the largest benefits of working with Elite Home Care is our transportation services. We offer transportation to individuals enrolled at each location. Each of our certified caregivers has a comprehensive GPS tracking system on their personal cars so you can track where your loved one is headed if they have a one-on-one appointment. We feel this is the best way to offer discreet transportation should your loved one feel embarrassed to receive care. We also have a fleet of branded buses that oftentimes take groups of adults out on trips or to group activities.
